Project-Based Services

For project-based services such as website development, SEO setup, funnel design, branding, or one-time campaign builds, the following applies:

Once a proposal is accepted and the initial payment is made, work on your project officially begins. Our team allocates time, resources, and schedules to meet your specific goals. As such:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless work has not started at all.
  • If cancellation is requested before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting admin or consulting costs.
  • If the project is in progress, no refund will be issued for work already completed or resources already committed.
  • If you choose to pause or delay the project, we may hold your remaining credit for up to 30 days (with mutual agreement).

We strive to be flexible, but project cancellations midway may affect timelines and deliverables for both parties.

Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing marketing retainers such as SEO, social media management, paid advertising, or consulting, the following applies:

  • Services are billed monthly, in advance.
  • You can cancel your retainer plan at any time, but the cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current month once work has begun.
  • We request a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle if you intend to cancel or pause services.
  • Any agreed-upon reports, access, or performance logs will still be delivered until the end of your active billing cycle.

We do not lock clients into long-term contracts unless previously agreed in writing.

Performance & Results

Our services are designed to maximize your return on investment using proven strategies, industry best practices, and full-stack performance tools.

However, due to the nature of marketing, we do not guarantee specific results such as exact lead volume, traffic numbers, or revenue growth — especially when working with third-party platforms (like Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with performance, unless it is clear that deliverables were not met as outlined in your signed agreement.

We’re always open to optimization, performance audits, or adjustments to better meet your expectations.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly or if you notice any discrepancies in invoicing, please contact us immediately at contact.agyaleads@gmail.com.

We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving written notification. Any chargebacks or payment reversals without prior discussion may result in suspension of services.

Exceptions & Considerations

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refund exceptions may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Technical errors on our side (e.g., unintentional double billing)
  • Cancellations initiated by Agya Leads due to scheduling or resource limitations

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Policy Updates

Agya Leads reserves the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
